The connectome of the honeybee noduli - finished

Using data from our multiresolution block-face electron microscopy dataset on honeybees we are reconstructing the circuitry of one nodulus of the central complex. The goal is to identify the connectity motifs within populations of PFN (CPU4) columnar neurons to delineate possible mechanisms of path integration memory, which we have postulated to reside in these neurons.
